Jonathan This in my opinion is about the most complete album bringing together a mix of many ingredients you have gathered throughout your previous albums. It's one of those rare albums I don't skip any tracks

CHORUS: won’t hear it on the radio won’t see it on the tv shows we find our truth in earth but one thing I know: most of what I been told, I had to cover that up first. (x2) you won't hear it on the radio. you ain't gon see it in a tv show or read it in the newspaper neither cause the powers that be want the people numb, most folks slumber while society is crumbling but we woke up. at first i shouted in the street at everybody that i could meet i shot the bulletin like a bullet up out my teeth talk was cheap but it cut deep i wanted peace but when i speak about it everybody hear me say i wanna bring the system down, basically we'll be the change that we wanna see come eat local, be vocal, we should honestly judge if we gon' beg or bang for freedom, take your pick from them imprisoned slaves blaming victims makes me sick to death let's connect, we're bickering over nothing they don't educate in schools, students studying a cover-up the root is in the dirt, the fruit is in the summer the truth is in the earth, you should listen to your mother. (CHORUS) yeah, we all got scars but we cover 'em up we work hard so we struggle for what else? nothing, eh, fuck it. we walk tall till we stumble and fall with wheels spinning cause we're stuck in the mud, aw yeah buddy make you wanna call a tow truck but you know what? if there's no cell service you are S.O.L. it's gon suck a small cost for that modern convenience: more slaves in the world than ever before yeah i mean it and heads roll from the top of the pyramid if you act traitor to the monarchy that's why i'm rapping and singing cause i actually think if we don't stop civilization we're headed for apocalypse meaning the end of everything we've come to need mother nature bats last using power we could not compete with i give a fuck bout a monopoly we won't be playing any games when the towers start toppling (CHORUS) i keep my heart and my mind open wide i eat raw and i like exercise but it's kinda feeling like we all are biding our time we not wanna recognize that our life is a lie i'm making rhymes cause my art get em fired up science articles get ignored by the populace in the modern world the oracle is the economist and what they say goes w’re a bunch of lame proles we should break molds, so i’m posed for the prominence guy fawkes mask cause i roll with anonymous transform: optimus prime or mcgonagall rewild or die is the only thing we gotta know we're not alone, we all are in it together followed god through the forest and wound up back in the city i'm standing up on the mountain and calling out to my sisters and brothers to come and rally we gotta learn how to listen

about

All of the songs featuring Derrick Jensen were written over two years ago for what was to be a musical representation of Derrick Jensen's "Endgame" produced by thefilthypoliticians featuring myself and several other artists.

It's clear to me that I was in a much darker place when all of those songs were written! Another way of looking at it: it's clear to me that I am in a much brighter place now than I was when those songs were written!

Regardless, I'm in a place where I can be proud of all of these tracks. I was listening to them recently - along with a few TFP instrumentals - and wrote a few new songs to round out this 2015 SURPRISE RELEASE...

Hope y'all enjoy it.
